I understand the impact of gaps in the organizational structure on teachers and our students' motivation to succeed and its effects on our social-emotional health and well-being.

 Working with students and supporting colleagues while helping to fill the gaps led me to develop an IMWELL TREEAAGE program that uses IMWELL Learning First-Aid Approach and an Action Research Approach to fit your specific needs.
